We have been renting in Brisbane since 2006 – and have had our fair share of creating entry condition reports and fighting for rental bonds.

On the floor in our last property, typing the same damages, appearance issues, and functionality failures over and over again, the idea was born to have an app to help with this. Next, design and development started to create a software app that provides a checklist of the most common issues in a rental property while also allowing the addition of additional issues, enabling the taking of pictures and adding them automatically to the reports, and capturing all of the tenant’s details. Three years later, in 2024, the Bondinator App was born.

We hope that Bondinator makes it easier, faster, and less stressful for you to capture the property’s conditions – and cuts down the time from days to hours. When you exit, you can use the app to create the corresponding report while using the high-quality entry report is your shield against unfair and unjust claims for your bond.
